For the past several weeks, we at Talk Active have closely monitored the news from the CDC, government and local officials regarding the coronavirus( COVID-19) and the impact it has on our local community. As we face these challenging times, much of our daily routine has been severely affected by the parameters put in place to help curve the spread of this infectious disease currently altering life as we know it.

Here at Talk Active, we want to assure you that we have taken every necessary precaution to do our part in ceasing the spreading of the COVID-19 virus.  It has always been policy and procedure to disinfect, sanitize, and wipe down each treatment room and all therapy materials used after each session. With that being said, we have undergone higher measures in deep cleaning in all of our office waiting rooms, treatment rooms, as well as gyms and all therapeutic equipment and materials to assure you that we are taking this virus and the health of our patients as well as their families very seriously.

However, if you or anyone in your family are experiencing symptoms related to COVID-19 or have family members in the high-risk bracket due to age, travel, or previous respiratory infections we urge and encourage you to seek medical professional help or visit a local COVID-19 drive-thru testing center to be tested. For therapy treatment, we have been mandated by the state to provide Teletherapy to those who are accessible and able to do so and we are seeing patients in all locations, but have also staggered our scheduling and therapy times to follow the social distancing and safe spacing protocol.

Our goal is to be here for you to provide all of your therapeutic needs and keep navigating through this uncertainty together – and we will do everything in our power to live up to that promise.
